🚨 1/23/25 DAILY CHECK-IN 🚨 Well, I’m still finding my carbs creep quickly and that I’m hungry. I’m also high on my fats! They are the good fats, but still wondering if this has been why I have not lost anything! So I need to really pinpoint the problem! Maybe I’m just bored and cold?
