I feel like I know the answer but coming on to get hives view. I decided a week ago to add in some small (very very small) weight training. (Weight videos (21 day fix.) I was so excited because this past weekend I had finally budged in the right direction from a few week stall. Now I’m back up and holding. I am also very sore. Not surprising and not worried. But can adding weight training and being sore add water weight? Nothing else has changed. I’m still not eating between the hours of 8p and noon the following day. I get 45 minutes of exercise daily. The only thing that has changed is me adding in these two days of weights. YES I know weight can fluctuate daily. I just want to know if adding weight training can aide in the fluctuations??
