Question on measuring ketones…. I haven’t been able to get back into ketosis since I had a few too many carbs back on 1/13. I started my low carb journey on 12/28 and have been diligent to stay under 30 grams of total carbs every day except 1/12 and 1/13. I use a Keto Mojo device and measure first thing in the morning. Is this something I need to be concerned with? Should I do anything differently, or just keep carbs to less than 30g and keep plodding along? (I tried asking this question on yesterday’s call, but I got disconnected and I don’t know if it actually posted or was answered.)
