Here is my short story, when Covid stated I was 250 lb, waist size 42, 4 years ago I started Keto and IF - within 2 1/2 years I lost 85 lb of fat, water and muscle because the gym was closed. My weight dropped to 165, very skinny and I wasn’t happy about my body composition. I started going to gym when it opened up and since 1 1/2 years ago I increased my gym activity and I notice my muscles start coming back. My weight gone up to 180 best shape I have been and my waist stayed same, my question is should I be concerned with my weight gain?
