I made a Low-Carb hot chocolate last night and was asked for my recipe, so here it is: 1c. of Califia Toasted CoconutAlmond Milk w/2T of Half & Half OR 2T Heavy Cream. Add in 2T of Cacao OR 2T Cocoa Powder with a few drops of liquid monk fruit sweetener & S/F Vanilla Coffee Syrup to taste. I also add a tsp or more of butter and a little bit of sea salt. This equals 4-5 carbs vs Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate which comes in at 34 carbs with 28 g of sugar.
