So, I have been struggling a bit lately and I don't know what has changed to cause this. I've had a real hard time controlling the amount I eat. Once I start I can't seem to stop until I am physically uncomfortable. It is lowcarb at least. I don't know if I should set a timer or just allow one "round" of the meal. I do OMAD Mon-Fri and 2Mad Sat and Sun. If I am not necessarily hungry and have a meal in anticipation of being hungry soon this is when I seem to have less control over the amount I eat. Often I will get the 'sensation' of hunger, (a growly stomach) when I am almost (or completely) done the meal and will contine eating, this is when I often can't stop until I am over-stuffed. I don’t know if it's sensory specific satiety or my brain working against me. Whatever it is Ineed to get it under control. This week I have started to follow my husbands ques, if he has had enough, then I should have too. Cleaning up the dishes IMMEDIATELY and finding something else to do (gardening, crocheting etc.) is my strategy. Any suggestions,
