Been on the struggle bus for a few weeks. Seems like I’m back on track for a few days then I’ll have desert at the end of the night. I’m working out and feeling good but scale is not moving. I know what to do but I’m just having a slip up a couple times a week. Maybe I need to refocus on my why? I’m trying to get more plugged into the community and find some accountability.
