You would think with the name as IQ that this bar would be a bit better! After a closer look and learning from our lowcarb basic class last night, I’m realizing more about the hidden sugars in these so called keto foods. I have never used a CGM because my doc won’t order me one, but I would be curious what it would do to glucose levels! Would you eat this? The ingredients of concern are below..if you can’t picture them on the back side of this bar. Let me know what you think!
