MyInsight - Know yourself - My Body - My Results - Your results will Differ! Today is my "No Meat Monday," which is my way to get a 48-hour fast. My morning blood glucose was low with ketones*, but my midday readings were a bit higher than expected. As I always advise, it's essential to double-check any numbers that seem off. I've attached my readings for Midday, Morning, Verify#1, Verify#2 (KetoMojo again), and Midday-CGM for reference. CGM readings are still much higher than BG. Usually they are within 10 or less. I refer to it as "No Meat Mondays" because if I called it "No Meal Mondays," I'd have to justify myself to the uninitiated. *I have ideas on the low mornings ketones. I may go thru that in another MyInsight. đź’ˇ
