I weighed myself for the first time in a while - highest number I have seen, but it was not as high as I worried it was going to be- I gained 10 lb since I last weighed myself but since I had a really stressful/ sleepless first quarter (in university) I expected that. The last month I have been at home with my parents for the holidays so I have been able to make up for a lot of sleep and able to get back into a better keto food routine. My goal for this next quarter (3 months) is to try to maintain a good sleep schedule, maintain ketosis, and cut out dairy products will help the number start moving in the right direction. I made chicken livers last night (the only thing I had on hand when I moved back into my school apartment). I also just did a ginormous Costco shop for groceries!
