Hello everyone! I am joining this ap because my husband and I have been following a ketogenic diet since Oct 2019. It was Dr. Tro and Dr. Brian Lenzkes' Low Carb MD Podcast that helped bring us to this low carb way of life. My husband has lost over 50 lbs and now recently is seeing a decrease in his BP. However, is anyone who has been on a ketogenic diet for a number of years still seeing movement towards insulin resistance? Has this community been discussing the affects that saturated fat has on insulin receptors, decreasing them, therefore causing insulin resistance?
