Trying to get motivated and back in a good mindset. I lost it for a bit, but I learned I need all of you, this program, books, podcasts and movement daily! So I’ll be on here a lot posting to be accountable. Lunch yesterday with some pickles, this morning stretches, 30 minutes on the walking pad, weights all while listening to Mel Robbins podcast. Have a great Saturday everyone! It’s going to be a cold one here in Indiana!
