***Forgot to take the pic until after we finished, oops! 🫣 It may not be pretty but you get the idea, right? Made an impromptu chicken enchilada casserole this morning! No rolling, just layers. So easy, So delish! *No recipe needed. *Used Egglife wraps in-between the layers of chicken, sauce & cheese. *Used Siete Foods green enchilada sauce but you do you! *Works great to make ahead (morning of or even night before) to give the Egglife wraps time to absorb the sauce. Be creative & Enjoy! 😋
