Happy New Year! My 2024 goal was to walk 10K steps per day. I met my goal most days but averaged 10K daily for the year. My 2025 goal includes the 10K steps daily and “The Daily Fifty” that I found on Facebook. And just for the record I’m trying to keep up with the 75 year old on the pushups and lunges.
