Started KETO/IF back in June. Had lost 109 lbs and am damn proud of it. I made the decision to have a cheat day which turned into 2.5 days of full on binge eating. I had everything from cookies, French fries, hash browns, to a full on Hibachi meal with a group of friends. Rice, Noodles, Plum Wine(pure sugar) So here I am paying for my decision!! Scale is up 12 lbs, inflammation is terrible, and my stomach is a wreck. Acid reflux returned overnight, headaches etc. it’s hard to believe that food can make this all return so quickly. I guess the one good thing to come out of this is to realize how miserable I feel eating like that! I haven’t eaten anything since 3:00 yesterday afternoon and was miserable all day yesterday. Still don’t feel great today. Hope to be straightened out and back on track soon!! KETO/IF really is a great way of living to make a person feel good!!
