Well, today did not go as planned... I wanted an EF as I see I am munching a bit the past few days. Ketones are still testing as optiimal and combine that with my my Glucose score- coming in at the therapeutic level. Will try & maintain up til the New Year Challenge starts! 🤞🤞 Today, I started munching after 15.5hrs....
