Is this a hack or a problem??? I just don’t drink enough water. It has been a huge problem all my life and I have had my share of huge kidney stones to prove it!! I don’t dislike water I just don’t ever feel thirsty. I never crave water, I crave coffee like there is no tomorrow! Recently, I have been drinking Bai coconut water diluted with 3 times as much water and WOW, I find I crave drinking this quite often. I actually feel thirsty, but I think it is my brain looking for more sweet?? I was thinking could this be a brain hack that the sweet is making me crave something I need vs something I should not have??? Bai is sweetened with Erythritol and Stevia. Is this a bad thing to take advantage of the “terrorist”? I don’t want to create a monster of unintended consequences!! 🤔 Thoughts???
