Hi everyone. I haven’t totally fallen off the wagon but admit I’ve had several days of more than 30 grams lately and, no surprise, I’ve gained 3 pounds and I don’t feel great. I’m still no sugar but I’ve been eating too many keto desserts (which seemed like a better option at the time but honestly, no desserts would have been a better choice) and I’m drinking coffee every day — which means I’m back on the hwc train. I guess it could be worse? I’ll order some tea bags tomorrow to keep on hand.
