I have a question about eating low carb when you also have other food intolerances. For me, it is dairy, egg yolks and black beans - so I am used to asking a million questions at restaurants and having to be hyper aware of what is in my food. I am nervous about adding more restrictions because finding something safe to eat can already be difficult. Has anyone found success managing multiple food restrictions without having to bring your own food everywhere? If you have a similar situation, I would love to hear any tips or insight.
