For a while I have been wanting to make browned butter bites. I took the plunge today,, its amazing how they taste like caramel with not one lick of sweetener. I will definitely be making them again. Also did a small batch of bagels made from only Greek yogurt and almond flour with an egg wash and sprinkled with bagel seasoning. Haven't tried them yet but they look and smell good. The final item cooked are the diet doctor seed crackers. Going to costco tomorrow, will being getting my low carb supplies: almond flour, plain Greek yogurt, bacon with no sugar, almonds, avocado oil and magnesium bisglycinate ( I ran out 2 weeks ago and can really feel it).
