I’m sure this is common but wanted to share anyway. I had a few days off and on over Thanksgiving break of depression & anxiety. I’m not positive still if it’s over but I think the reason was because my body and mind were inactive (I didn’t make it to the gym like usual), I ate poorly too. I already feel so much better (I’m in the gym now) and I’m looking forward to fasting again. I think it was a combination of things but I know the food & frequency plus not working out really got to me.
