@Brian Wiley I think I made a new discovery They are making ice cream out of eggs and heavy cream I tried dried egg yellows and heavy cream It whips up very easily and tastes good It’s in the freezer now I added some salt vanilla allulose and tru lemon It would also make a great keto cake topping I think
