Happy Thanksgiving Today's my run it's pouring rain and 42 degrees. Should I go! I'm going but dragging my feet. I can handle cold or wet but both are not my liking. But it's only 25 to 30 minutes of it. I do have this to look forward to.... prime rib at 450 5 minutes per pound rest 2 hours. Mine will be resting longer. This will be ready at 8am and we'll be eating at noon. Then take some to our guest that got sick, and couldn't come. And I have some carbs planned but this should keep me from to many of them. Hope you all have a nice Thanksgiving.
