Does stress really do this to your blood? I have been consistent from 100-120 for about three weeks according to my CGM. Added a bit of stress/anxiousness to my life the past couple days. Can’t get under 120 today. Even going over 140 at one point. Today, all I have had is a caffeinated drink which has never spiked my glucose previously, and ribeye steak. I did go for a walk around 2:00 today which you can see, but then it jumps right back up. I never imagined that stress/anxiety would have that kind of impact on me! Learning as I go!!
