Tonight we needed a quick, easy, dinner so we tried these konjac noodles with shrimp. I am not a huge fan of konjac noodles, but these Thai peanut noodles were really good. Add shrimp to pretty much anything and it’s delicious, so a win-win for us. The package says 6 grams of carbs per serving, two servings in the pack.
