I dabble in Keto. I finally ended up with COVID in July and I still have parosmia which means that so many foods smell and taste terrible. Meats, oils, vanilla and fruit seem to be the worst. I could use some protein ideas. I've mostly been fine with protein powder (without vanilla,) plain greek yogurt, cheese and eggs. Any ideas? Thanks!
