Today’s creation started with the classic mozzarella almond flour crust, but I couldn’t help myself—I added Italian seasoning straight to the mix for a flavor upgrade. Baked it almost to perfection, then pulled it out for the grand finale. Layers of mozzarella, tangy feta, and a drizzle of liquid gold (aka olive oil) & parsley transforming this crust into a Mediterranean masterpiece.
