I am still fasting and I went to the gym! 🥳. I had a small cup of black coffee and a small cup of white tea today when I went out with a friend for coffee. Water with AthLytes electrolytes, and feeling good! I felt pretty blah this morning but pushed through. Got hunger pangs in the fancy cafe, but pushed through. I went to the gym and upped my weight on everything! Jason Fung had in his latest video proof that fasting can make one strength train better. Sleep has been meh. I plan to break tomorrow because I travel Tuesday and need to gradually refeed because I get frequent bouts of 💩 and need that to be done by Tuesday morning!
