A good day, blood sugar wise ….. One thing that has surprised me is how stress and exercise directly affects my sugars. Its not only about food. Its my fourth week with a CGM and I’m still learning. But it was such a helpful choice - to get the CGM. It’s also apparent that I’m more consistently making better food choices - just wearing the CGM helps keep me accountable. It’s also strangely comforting : I can see almost immediately how I’m getting better. It’s visual. It’s emotionally rewarding and it’s practical. Thanks all at Toward Health for the encouragements.
