Friday Feels: Building Back Better! đŸ’Ș One week post-ladder tumble, and I’m back at it—slowly but surely! Started the day early, as usual, with some core work and stretching to ease into things. Then I hit resistance training (because strength doesn’t take time off). Wrapped it all up with my weighted vest elliptical session to get the heart pumping, followed by another round of stretching. Lower back and hands are still a bit achy, but each day feels like progress. Lesson of the week? We all fall, but it’s how we rebuild that matters. Little by little, stronger and better every day! Keep climbing (just maybe not on attic ladders
