From FB. In food processor blend 1c shredded cheese and 1c almond flour. It will become dough like and easily stick together. Roll it out between wax paper until around 1/8”. Transfer to parchment paper in cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes at 350. I gently sliced to size desired when they were fresh out of the oven, still hot and soft. Pictured is chedder and bagle seasoning. This is a keeper and easy!
