@doctortro Today’s live taping was GREAT! Really enjoyed it! It was very interesting for me from the perspective of having a daughter that had a RNY 14 years ago & has overall maintained her weight loss very well and *my* LC journey. Her and I have come to a great alignment with much of our food choices over the years mostly because she feels better when she eats “our way!”💡 The live tapings are one of my favorite weekly activities. I feel a little lost when I’m not able to attend. Today was perfect though….I walked in the beautiful sunshine while you all talked! That’s a Win:Win in my book! #vitamind #knowledgegained #exercisegotten ✅✅✅ 😎
