OK, still struggling with Maria’s PSMF…but on my 3rd try I at least got it big enough to pour into a pan. Still no stiff peaks after 30 minutes in my Kitchen Aid and another 20 minutes with my hand mixer…don’t know what I’m doing wrong. It looked pretty good baking but then fell by about half. The toast is still pretty good and I will try again!!!
