Fall is in the air, and so is everything pumpkin, so I made my Keto Mini Pumpkin Pancakes for my 1st meal of TMAD. They turned out great! I added a few chopped pecans & some S/F Choc Zero Syrup on top. I had 2 eggs w/sautéed mushrooms, and onions on top and two beef sausages. For dinner, I made my chicken and cheese dish with sautéed mushrooms and onions on top & I had an avocado as the side dish. I am fighting hard because I am back on steroids due to a vocal cord issue. I can’t lose weight right now, but I’m happy to be maintaining. I’m also happy to report that my blood sugar is holding between 82 and 100 even on the steroids thanks to this lifestyle. I am only in a .3 ketosis, but even that’s OK for now. Keep on keepin’ on everybody….And know that I am rooting for you!
