Brisket inspired by @Brian Wiley. No smoker here: schmeared with sea salt & pepper—> hot pan with melted coconut oil. Crushed garlic & onion and made a paste with olive oil, turmeric, paprika & celery salt. Foil over pan —> 335° F oven for 3.5 hours. Rested in the oven. Wish I had the energy to make gravy…saving pan for tomorrow. Tonight’s bevvie: green tea with ACV bec it’s hot as Hades in CT today.
