Had a good start to the program, been low carb consistently for a couple weeks, now last few days I’ve gone off track a bit. Some stress going on, my daughter is getting married this weekend. Any suggestions on how to re focus and stay on my low carb? I just don’t want to go totally off track and tell myself. Well I’ll get back on it on Monday.
