I had some homemade beef broth in the fridge and leftover grilled chicken thighs so I sliced and crisped up the thighs in the tallow that was hardened in the jar of broth, and then brushed them with some miso, the whole thing was delicious. Just some inspo for ya if you batch grill chicken thighs!
