feeling a little down. Got back a cholesterol test and three out of the four ar flaged as high. Total cholesterol, Triglycerides and LDL.... I know being low carb can effect these. I wonder if I should cut back on things like cheese and beef. And stick more to things like avocado and leaner cuts of things like fish and chicken.... I have lost about 8 lbs in the past 2 months... and want to continue that trend but am feeling a little discouraged. Thoughts?
