I’ve been low carb for a couple weeks now and noticing my appetite is decreasing. I’ll be out today in the field working with few options for low carb. Is it recommended to eat a healthy breakfast so I’m not hungry later even if I’m not actually hungry for breakfast? Or just tough it out and try and get through the day. I wasn’t planning on fasting all day
