I have a question about supplements. I’m generally healthy but I lift weights and take a few specifically for that like a pre workout, during workout, fat burner for am & pm plus a sleep one. I also take triple omega, magnesium, n acetyl l cysteine, collagen, tumeric & berberine. Should I be taking so many? Or should I just let my body do its thing?
