Just got back to IMF after 2 days of no ketosis and hunger. Completely accidential, used a tablespoon of special baslamic gifted by my brother over a cabbage salad. CGM went up 40 points. I night ate 😳. The win was it was ground beef and bacon, lol. So what worked was an extra meal of protein and liberal with the fats for the last two days. This kept me full and away from sweets and carbs. Back in ketosis today and 18 hr IMF.
