Been struggling to fast at all this week or even keep to a reasonable eating window. Only positive has been staying low carb. Lots of work stress (not good stuff) and also joyous stuff (about to become a grandma for the first time this weekend)! Think it’s all contributing… Any thoughts or suggestions on getting my head in the game would be much appreciated!
