I ended up having breakfast today, so following near 14-hr Fast, then also had dinner, so 2MAD. LC but much higher fat as added π₯ & cheese to my π₯s along with my protein shake will do that! π This week, gathering all my equipment for monitoring as I head into my 1st Health Coach appt with @Tia Reid this Friday- EXCITED to start this journey. π
