I’m new to the program and have been wearing my cgm for about 10 days. I can’t believe all the things that raise my blood sugar. Things that I thought were good choices. Even my morning tea with a splash of milk and stevia. Rebel ice cream is supposed to be keto and it too raised my levels. It’s been an eye opener
