I am currently completing the courses here as I better prep for the 1-in-1 assistance with this amazing staff & and community. I just wrapped up Dr Tro's story/experience with food addition and the ways we seek out continuing to satisfy those sugary/carb cravings. I finally quit the runout for emotional comfort foods at the beginning of July, so these past 3.5 months- I got a grip! Yay! ☺️ I did notice and still quite AWARE that by 2.5 months in, I added cheese, cottage cheese, protein shake, plain greek yogurt & berries. And now, I will find myself looking forward to my FAV yogurt, topped with berries topped with vanilla protein shake powder... yummm... I will 1st eat the πŸ₯“ & πŸ₯šs, beef & eggs, chicken, etc. just to HURRY UP and get to my FAV dessert.😍 When I know I should be eating more bacon & eggs, etc. BEFORE that dessert. I think of it as a TREAT, still healthier choice, BUT adds too many carbs (50-70g/day) on my weight loss journey as I end up having 2-3 servings in my 2MAD UGGHHH, must improve for sure! But the addiction to the sugary creamy bowl is still there.πŸ™„ I AM AWARE. I have lower carb days (<30g/Day) when certain items are NOT readily available in the house!
