Had a couple of personal bests when it comes to my sleep this week. I’m currently on a teeny bit of a roll. By a “bit of a roll” I mean a week (7 nights) straight of what Oura refers to as optimal sleep scores which is 85, I believe. I also got over 8 hours of sleep one night AND crushed my typical amount of REM & Deep sleep on another night! Now to work on putting those puzzle pieces together on the same nights! 👊👍😎 *pics are a bit out of order but you’ll get the gist!
