Great Tuesday night meeting by Dr. Laura! @Vic Basmadjian thanks for the protien question! Did a quick calculation and was only at 65 so fitting in an extra meal of Tuna, mayo, pickled okra, a few olives. To bump it up to 95ish. Even with the protein powder in the coffee am finding 100g/day challanging. Tips welcome. New rooster on the farm:)
