I’ve done fallen off the wagon today. Two reasons I think. 1) it’s that time of month and 2) I’m frustrated that the two times I’ve checked my ketones after like 20 hour fasts, it’s only been .2. I know I have to keep going but the damm sugar got me today & I feel like crap. I’ve been fasting for quite a while now and 75% of the time keep my carbs around 25-50, I lift weights 3 days/week. What am I doing wrong?
