So glad we spoke on being flexible on what individually works. Have been low on protien consumption and started losing hair! 😢Anyway increased protein, focusing in sleep and lowering stressful thoughts, and hair is growing in! So, my fasts include two scoops of protein powder in morning coffee that add collegan and 18 grams of protein. Probably will not go more than 24 hours without eating solid food. And try to stick to 20 hours every other day for a 4 hour window. Also make oxtail broth for part of the fasts. That said, today am aiming to eat after 2:30 for a 24 hour fast! Have ribs in the oven slow cooking. Thanks for all the posts and shares, its reallt inspiring!💜
