Here’s some accountability for September… ✔️ Closed all my Apple watch rings & the Sept. exercise challenge. ✔️ Averaged a little over 10k steps a day. ✔️ Only logged 4 ST workouts on the Strong app but added in resistance bands, isometric strength exercises & a few other random ST videos to be sure ST was happening at least 2x a week. Also, received my quarterly report from Oura today & got a good chuckle about the # of steps logged. 16 marathons?!? Who knew, but when you put it that way I’ll take it!! 🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️ #consistencyforthewin
